Circuit Style Exercise groups.

Monday 1.30pm

Wednesday and Friday 11am

  • Individualised exercises with adaptable levels.

  • Maximum 8 people per group.

  • Refreshments after the group (and an opportunity to ask the physio any questions!).

  • Participants need to be able to walk independently (with or without an aid)

Higher intensity Group

Thursday 4pm

  • HITT style circuit group.

  • Balance, cardio and strength exercises.

  • Participants need to be able to get on and off the floor without assistance.
